The Cobras are proud to support young people in completing their Duke of Edinburgh Award in both Bracknell and Slough. Our program provides comprehensive assistance for participants at all levels—Bronze, Silver, and Gold—ensuring they fulfill the necessary requirements in volunteering, physical activity, and skill development. We offer a structured environment where participants can thrive and achieve their goals, and we also complete the online assessor's report to streamline the process.
Volunteering: Participants can gain valuable experience and give back to the community through various volunteering opportunities:

Coaching: Assist in coaching a younger team, providing mentorship and developing leadership skills.

Team Management: Take on the responsibility of managing a CVL (Central Venue League) team, honing organisational and management abilities.

Physical Activity: Staying active is a key component of the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and we offer tailored sessions for participants to meet their physical goals:

Skill Development: Developing new skills is essential for personal growth, and we provide several pathways for participants to achieve this:

Refereeing Qualification: Complete a refereeing qualification, learning the rules of the game and developing decision-making skills.

Table Official Qualification: Earn a table official qualification, which includes scorekeeping and time management.
